Blue Balls Contest

I am still laughing over fish eggs, heamaroids and flower parts.

They were (and yes it was pretty obvious I admit) milk chocolate covered blueberries and they were really delicious!

The Winner is...
Christa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks everybody for having a go :) Including Pop, who I put in the draw even though I am sure he cheated!!!

Maybe next time I run a competition I'll give away my own book LOL!!!

Congratulations Christa!

I've never heard of milk chocolate covered blueberries and believe it or not I have never seen blueberries sold in a store! Here where I live we grow our own blueberries (they also grow wild) and store them for year round use. Jill Shalvis has refered to my little hometown as Mayberry!LOL

Thanks Meretta.
Susan--never see blueberries in a store?? My goodness. It sounds lovely where you live!!! I remember finding wild strawberries as a child--hmm, I feel my growing fingers in need. Must plant some strawberries this year!!

Thanks everyone.
When went to visit my aunt and uncle we spent a week at their cottage on Lake Winnipeg and me and my two cousins went blueberry picking. We got enough for my aunt to make a blueberry pie.

Susan--No!!

Christa, congrats!!! Must nip up there and see if we can find any this year!

I know we were up there two year ago and there were a lot more cottages and a lot of spots were hard to get to. There was a lot of poison ivy around.
