Moorcroft

This is a gorgeous design based on Moorcroft pottery but turned into cards. You can't quite get the detail, but it is beautiful. I love Moorcroft pottery. Thanks Janny, for the card!!!!

I went to a book signing last night by Elizabeth Thornton. She was lovely, but I had a mixed overall impression that I don't want to blog about yet till I have mulled it over.

Enjoy your day--I'm hopefully writing...if not I'm pulling out my hair and dealing with a six year old. JOY :)

PS--Happy Birthday Carl!!!!

  1. I love the artwork.

I am very curious about your reaction to Elizabeth Thornton. The first impression is usually the most accurate.

  2. I love Moorcroft (thank you Antiques Roadshow). My day? I have a lousy sinus headache so will probably go to bed after I've finished blogging. Work tonight.

  4. OH, how pretty. I have a story that could use those images. I'm into settings and whenever I see something that fits in, I keep it in mind. I better bookmark that site.

  5. Hi Toni! The JOYS of children, eh! Still, we wouldn't be without them. My DS is coming home from college this weekend. We're picking him up on Saturday and are planning a couple of days in York. Can't wait.

Siobhan--no I wouldn't be without mine for love or money. And given I'm researching serial killers just now I want to lock them up and barricade the doors!!! Have fun with your son! I love York --had my hen night up there with friends.
