Looking forward to...

Do you ever get a fire in your blood just waiting for your favourite authors to get a book out? One of the reasons I started writing was I ran out of reading material on a regular basis.
Already this year I figure I've read ten books, it might be more, and I used to average 2 books every three days before writing and kids came into my life. Am I a book nut or am I normal?

  2. I think you're probably normal. :-)

I love the cover of SEP's new book. What a great color scheme!

  3. Oh, I'm panting right now for several books. One already came out and I'm reading it. I've got another in my TBR and I've got a couple of months before the others are out. I can't wait for Warlord.

I think you are pretty normal.

  5. Yay!! Normal at last LOL. Rene--I pre-ordered Warlord from my local book shop. Can't wait.

And I just had a delivery... Mystery Guild of Canada. Never guess what they sent me?

  7. I can't wait for ANY of these books! I just spied an historical romance in the stores - haven't read one in years - called "The Witch of Cologne", meaning Cologne, France from the late 1700's. Takes place during the Spanish Inquisition and the blurb says that anyone who loved "The Thorn Birds" will LOVE this book. It's about a Jewish midwife who falls for a Catholic priest in the Inquisition. I'm putting it on my b'day list for next month. And Warlord, and JD Robbs, and.... :)
